RADF Threaten Ballistic Deterent

Rebel Abramia Defense Force leadership has threatened the use of short range ballistic missiles if they are attacked further.

In a serious escalation, the RADF has released evidence that they possess short range ballistic missiles and that they will use them if British peacekeeping forces attempt to liberate the island of Albertin that the remains of the RADF control. The RADF claim that these missiles, despite appearing large, are short range and are solely a conventional explosive threat, but is still of major concern for British forces. Negations have resumed to prevent the use of these missiles on civilian targets.

RADF General Ilgamov, who claims to be the interim president of Abramia, has stated that the missiles are a last resort to defend the free spirit of Abramia.

How the RADF got their hands on these missiles is unknown. NATO and UN leadership have accused CSAT of further escalating the conflict, but CSAT has denied any involvement in arming the RADF. It is possible that these missiles were smuggled in by the former regime of Isla Pera, another island nation that 5 Ranger has fought on.
